I am just so very, very glad to have LJ back again. I did find a Time article explaining what was going on this week. Very interesting...and disturbing.

In other news, I got almost 2000 words written for my resurrected!John verse! More than I've written all summer, I'm afraid. LJ abstinence is definitely good for productivity, when it comes to writing, but I'm just so very, very happy to have it back again.

Wow - that article indeed both interesting and kinda scary. I also didn't realise it was such a tool for free speech in Russia. I suppose with my blinkers on it a fandom space - but of course it is so much more.

I have been having a hard time finding good John fic. I don't want him slashed with Dean or Sam. I don't mind him a little dark, but I don't want him abusing his kids. I also don't want him standing in a field with sparkly flowers either.

Interesting article, I'd been wondering if it was the same things that took out lj a few months ago happening again.
We are so spoiled in our little corner of the world.
